Is there a yearly plan?

The sites plans are paid monthly with no commitment of any kind. This allows you to move from plan to plan for any of your sites anytime.

Can I change my website plan for specific sites?

Sure! You may upgrade or downgrade the plans for each one of your sites. For example, to upgrade your Personal Site to an Online Store, change the site plan in your account billing section.

Do I need another website hosting provider?

No. All site plans include high availability, fully-managed WordPress hosting. Our hosting environment is constantly monitored to ensure blazing fast loading times.

How can I cancel a plan?

Canceling a plan is easily done through the account billing section. Simply select the site plan/package/domain/plugin you need to cancel and set it to not auto-renew. 

Can I Install WordPress Plugins?

No. We will soon be introducing the plugin store where you would be able to add unlimited plugins to your sites.

Can I Activate Avoori Plugins on Unlimited Sites?

Yes. Once you purchase a plugin from Avoori, you may activate it on unlimited number of your Avoori sites. 

Unlimited storage & bandwidth?

Under normal usage of our service there will not be any limits for any of your plans. Please refer to our Acceptable Usage Policy for additional information.

Can I purchase a domain for my website?

Yes. You may purchase multiple domains and connect any of them to your sites via the User Panel. If you have a domain from another provider, you can point a domain to your site.

What happens to my site if I cancel its plan?

If you cancel your site plan, your site will be unavailable for visitors but still be visible for 30 days in the User Panel pending sites section. During this time you may restore the site to its plan or transfer it to any of your website packages

Can I export my Avoori website?

Yes. you may export the contents of your site and import them to any WordPress installation or platform that supports such imports. You may export your pages, posts, categories, images, products and orders.

How do I accept payments in my Online Store?

Your Online Store has pre-built integrations with Stripe, Bluesnap, PayPal and a growing list of other payment gateways available through the plugins section. You may sign up with Stripe and Paypal to begin accepting payments instantly. 

Are there any transaction fees to accept payments?

We hold the right to charge a transaction fee of 1.8% on all sales done trough your online store via any payment gateway. At this stage we do not charge any transaction fees over the existing payment gateway processing fees.

Can I sell in any currency?

Yes. You can choose any supported currency from the list of supported currencies in your online store. Please visit your chosen payment gateway website to make sure your currency and country are supported.
