I can’t log in

Logging into your Avoori website can be done by entering your email address and password, but sometimes you might find it hard to log in for various reasons. 

The email address is the one you used to sign up to Avoori the first time and the password is the one you set the first day as well unless you changed it afterward. 

Tip: Sometimes it might be hard to log in to your website due to system-wise issues that we’ll be fixing. Use another browser or come back in an hour to try again.

Before you begin

Before you log in, make sure you’re using the same method you used when signing up for the first time. 

I forgot my password

If you forgot your password and can’t seem to remember it, then click “I forgot my password” button at the bottom. You’ll be redirected to a new page that will help make sure it’s you and then help you create a new password.

I forgot my email address

If you forgot your email address, then you should contact our customer support to help you recover or your account or click on I forgot my email address to help you find it again.

I’m seeing an error message

This email address was not found

If a message saying the email address was not found keeps showing up every time you enter your email then proceed this way:

  • Recheck your email address to see if it’s written the wrong way or if it has any typos.
  • Make sure you’re using the right authentication method to access your account.
  • Make sure that the email you’re using is the one you used to sign up with Avoori the first time around.

The password is incorrect

If you keep entering your password and it says incorrect, then proceed this way:

  • Make sure your password doesn’t have any typos.
  • Make sure you turned off any upper case if you don’t have any on your password.
  • Reset your password.

Change login preference 

If you usually enter your account using one login method, then you must always use it unless you wish to change it or have changed.

If this error shows up, then it means you need to use the login method you’re used to in order to enter your account.

Account not found

If you try to log in to your account and it says account not found, then please proceed this way:

  • Make sure you’re using the right email address.

I think my password was stolen

If you think someone has changed your password without your consent or without your approval and can no longer enter your account, then please reset your password using the same steps as we’ve mentioned above.
