The roles who can access the access level settings for SEO are Site Manager & Site Partner only.
Let’s first understand the basic user roles and then how it’s going to affect the SEO permissions, learn more about the Avoori user roles.
Avoori User Roles
Subscriber
It’s the most basic user role in Avoori. A subscriber has the ability to login to the website with a username and password. The user can update their profiles and password. They are not allowed to make posts or view others comment or any sort of other access to the website administration features.
Member
A member has the same permissions as the subscriber role, the main difference is that the member role can also be used to provide access to members of the member role access to certain parts of the website front-end.
Customer
Every user which purchases items from your store, receives the Customer role. That user can then login to the my account section of the online store and receive updates on previous orders and downloads information.
Shop Order Manager
The Shop Order Manager role will have access to the site backend. This role has the ability to access store orders and make product-related reports.
Shop Manager
The Shop Manager has the ability to access products, orders, reports and can access, add and edit products for all categories.
Site Blog Author
A blog author has the ability to directly create posts without the ability to publish them to the live website or view and delete existing posts on your website.
Site Blog Manager
The site blog manager can edit and publish all the blog posts submitted by Site Blog Authors. This role can edit tags, categories, and all the other blog related taxonomy settings.
Site Content Editor
The site content editor has the ability to create, edit and publish the content of the blog and pages.
Site Expert
The site expert will be able to edit the website settings including the blog settings without the ability to add or modify users.
Site Partner
The site partner has administrator-level access similar to the Site Manager, except the ability to add additional users with the Site Partner role.
Site Manager
The site manager has super administrator access to all the website features and settings and add site partners or other user roles.
Modifying the Access Level Permission for SEO Settings
We can flexibly extend or limit the SEO permissions for the above-mentioned user roles by checking our preferences for the following:
Block SEO Meta Box to User Roles
You are provided with the following user roles, for which you can choose to remove the SEO meta box. So that not every user can access the SEO meta box to edit important details as it’s crucial for good SEO.
